Welcome to the First Responder Charity Classic

Calgary Police Service vs. Calgary Firefighters
Saturday, January 16, 2027 | WinSport Event Centre

The First Responder Charity Classic returns to WinSport on Saturday, January 16, 2027. This family-focused community hockey event brings together Calgary Police Service and Calgary Firefighters for a spirited game in support of the Calgary Police Youth Foundation, Calgary Firefighters Assistance Fund, and Canadian Cancer Society.

Join first responders, local families, minor hockey communities, sponsors, and volunteers for an afternoon of hockey, service vehicles, family activities, community activations, and charitable giving. Following an inaugural event that raised $15,420, we are building toward an even stronger day for Calgary on the ice, in the stands, and across the community.
